what full access means.
full access is an iphone permission for third-party keyboards. it can allow a keyboard to use extra capabilities such as network access or writing to a shared app container. apple asks you to choose it explicitly because keyboards handle sensitive text.
the setting is different from the accessibility feature called full keyboard access, which is for navigating iphone with a physical keyboard.
what una mano needs.
una mano does not need full access for core typing or to move the keyboard left, centre, or right. with full access off, you can still use it as a keyboard.
if you turn it on, una mano can save changes made inside the keyboard and tutorial progress back to the companion app. una mano does not store, log, or send the text you type in other apps.
your choice.
you can leave full access off and use una mano normally. if you later want the optional sync behaviour, you can change the permission in iphone settings at any time.
read apple’s custom keyboard documentation for the platform-level detail about what open access enables.
