the right side should work for you.
holding an iphone in your right hand does not make every key equally easy to reach. on a larger phone, the left edge of a full-width keyboard is often where your grip has to do extra work.

iphone includes a right-handed keyboard layout. touch and hold the emoji or globe key while typing, then choose the right layout. it is a useful built-in option for shorter replies with one hand.
tap the open edge when you want to return apple’s keyboard to the centre.
